If you get the google Install Plugin, this is what worked for me.
you are using the Microsoft edge, and need to switch to Internet Explorer , if changing the default, dosent work , you need to find another way to open Explorer.
This is the picture i get with Microsoft edge, it uses a big e just like internet explorer.
i right click in my desktop.
it brings up a little dropdown , i click , Display Settings.
you can bring up your display settings ,with search in you computer.
This Next click on, Default apps
Then under web browser,
if you see Microsoft edge, click it ,
it should bring up the , choose an app ,
Click the Internet Explorer,
The choose default apps , screen should have Internet Explorer aap in thhe defaults now,
close with the x , top right of the screen ,
do not use the Reset button
